  1. Hi Sandy,
I understand all of these except crisp breads, which vary considerably in content. I am pondering the fiber and seed content.

  2. Jean, valid point–and now I can’t find that newsletter…out of sight, out of mind–the 12 bites of wisdom from Rachel Ray is still in plain sight on my desk but I will have to search for the newsletter after I finish a blog post I began working on yesterday. There were other crisp breads named on this side of the newsletter and the reverse side listed a bunch of foods that are BAD, BAD, BAD for you. Will try to find that newsletter and then check the nutritional value of them. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Sandy

  3. I’ve subscribed to NUTRITION ACTION for over 5 years – enjoy most of it and get a lot of good information from it. They even have had some good recipes.

  4. Hi there, I log on to your blog on a regular basis.

  5. Hi! This is my first visit to your blog! We are a collection
of volunteers and starting a new initiative in a community
in the same niche. Your blog provided us useful information to work
on. You have done a outstanding job!

  6. Can I simply say what a comfort to uncover somebody who actually knows
what they’re talking about on the web. You certainly understand how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More people must look at this and understand this side of the story. It’s surprising you aren’t more popular because you most certainly have the gift.

  7. It’s hard to come by experienced people on this topic, but you sound like you know what you’re talking about!
    Thanks

  8. Hi to every one, it’s actually a pleasant for me to visit this web site, it includes useful Information.

  9. What’s up friends, pleasant post and good arguments commented here, I am really enjoying by these.

  10. Howdy would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re working with? I’m looking to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a difficult time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique.

P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!
